COST SAVINGS IS OF ESSENCE
Consumers today are increasingly aware of the cost of title insurance. We have the ability to cut our research cost due to our affiliation with Equity Services, Inc., our sister company founded in 1997. We pass these savings on to consumers in the form of low costs and optional bundled rate pricing.

Underwriters
• Our underwriters, First American and Stewart, are two of the largest and most financially secure in the industry. Both are rated A Prime. They issue all our title policies and would be responsible for any claim.
Insurance Coverage
• We carry error & omissions insurance and crime/fidelity bond coverage insuring against theft, fraud, etc. Plus, we require all outside notary services to carry error & omissions insurance.
Funds Management
• Escrow accounts are reconciled daily and all banking transactions accounted for.
• All wire transfers are subject to dual authorization and approval with all wire information (payee, routing number, availability of funds) verified by our closing department before the wire transfer is requested.
• Our Escrow Staff does not have direct access to Company Trust Accounts.

Job Description:
-Prepare and change HUD's
-Search and examine chain of title for any liens and judgments.
-Heavy Customer Service, speaking with borrowers regarding refinances.
-Performing quality control, checking vesting, legal on the mortgage to validate against the commitment and send documents to record following our state / county specific guidelines.
Qualifications:
-Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with a Title Company.
-2-3 years of experience working as a Title Assistant or Escrow Assistant
The position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

- 5+ years experience in the Title Industry
- Experience in Title Insurance Sales and excellent Business Development skills
